AI-Specialised Developer

About the role

You'll build the AI behind TMO: the insights that show businesses who is engaging and why, and the automation that lets a small team do the work of a large one.

What you'll do

• Design and build AI features on top of large language models, such as content assistance, audience insights and lead routing.
• Build the data pipelines that bring together social, web and app data.
• Automate repeated work in content production, scheduling and reporting.
• Turn experiments into reliable, tested products that real businesses use.
• Work with our content and sales teams to find the problems worth solving.

What we're looking for

• Solid experience in software development, with Python or TypeScript.
• Hands-on work with LLM APIs, prompt design, retrieval and evaluation.
• Comfortable with web technologies, APIs and databases.
• Care about privacy, security and cost when you build.
• Experience with social media APIs or analytics is a plus.
